Chad Winterfeldt

Chad Winterfeldt is Cantor of Christ Chapel at Gustavus Adolphus College, where he oversees all musical activities in the Chapel. Trained as an organist, he has worked as a church musician since the early 1990s. His first handbell experience was in Houston, Texas, where a lovely crew of seven introduced him to two octaves of handbells. At Gustavus he leads 3 or 4 ensembles of ringers, including the campus favorite “Disney Bells,” a group dedicated solely to the performance of Disney tunes.
