Christina Herold

Membership Coordinator

Christina Herold has over 30+ years of experience playing handbells in church and community groups.  She currently rings with the community group the Ding Dong Dollies and directs the handbell choirs at Aldersgate United Methodist Church in St. Louis Park, Minnesota.  She is an active member of the Handbell Musicians of America participating in local and national events including Distinctly Bronze East and the National Seminar All Star Choir.  She teaches handbell tree and small ensembles courses and is a certified instructor of Handbell Techniques. She served Area 7 in the past as Minnesota – Twin Cities Sub-Area Chair and is currently serving as the Membership Chair.  In 2012, she was awarded a Wells Fargo Volunteer Service Award and spent a month paid by Wells Fargo but volunteering full-time with Area 7 to prepare for and work at the biennial festival.  Christina holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Computer Information Systems from Saint Cloud State University and a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Saint Catherine University.  She currently works at the University of Minnesota as an IT Business Analyst.
