Deb Madel

Membership Coordinator

Deb Madel, active in handbells for over 30 years, started to ring in church as a teenager, and rings today with “Encore! Handbell Ensemble”of the Fox Valley, WI.  She was a founding member of “Encore!” in 2008, and served on its board for most of those years.  In addition to ringing in the full choir, Deb has performed in duets, quartets, and quintets, and has also performed solo and bell tree pieces. She is active with “A Little Encore!” a small group ensemble which plays for special occasions. Deb is a recently retired high school special education teacher and when not ringing, can be found singing with the Oshkosh Chamber Singers and her church choir, or traveling somewhere. Deb is active in Area 7, attending many Area 7 and National events and has served on the Area 7 Board as Secretary and  currently as Membership Chair.
